Head of Maintenance

We have a new role for a Head of Maintenance to join a Higher Education establishment based in London. This new role will either be paid as a 2 year fixed term contract or on a daily rate. Within this engineering leadership role, you will take ownership for the delivery of maintenance services both via in house teams and contractor management. This Head of Maintenance role will include: Management of the directly employed maintenance managers and engineers Operational responsibility for engineering services across the University campus Contractor management Process improvement and change management Compliance and health and safety Stakeholder management For this 2 year Head of Maintenance contract we are looking for: Apprentice trained, MandE qualified, Mechanical or Electrical, multi skilled (this is essential) Experience of managing a multi disciple engineering work force within similar commercial buildings Higher education experience would be hugely advantageous Contractor management experience Experience of change management within the public sector Please apply now for this new Head of Maintenance interim position. ..... full job details .....
