Head of Maintenance - Care Home

As a Head of Maintenance at a Barchester care home, you''ll be responsible for ensuring a clean and well-maintained environment for residents and staff.Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance tasks across the care home building and gardens/grounds.Fix plumbing and other repair issues; manage minor works and improvements.Lead a maintenance team and support the General Manager with annual budget planning.Liaise with contractors on work outside the team’s direct expertise.About us
