The Role As Head of Maintenance, you will: Lead the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across a complex multi-building estate, ensuring operational excellence and statutory compliance. Manage outsourced Hard FM contracts, monitoring KPIs, SLAs, budgets, and contractor performance to deliver high-quality engineering services. Provide technical leadership across building services, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, water hygiene, fire safety, BMS, and statutory compliance.
