Head of Maintenance

Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Achieve Together, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience We are looking for a Head of Maintenance this role will be: KT22 7TW Hybrid 2/3 days office based + site visits The right candidate will: Responsible for overseeing all aspects of Achieve together s maintenance operations, including planning, scheduling and executing repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure the smooth functioning of facilities and equipment. Directing and mentoring a maintenance team, ensuring they are skilled, motivated, and capable. Developing and implementing maintenance plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure efficient operations and minimise downtime. Overseeing routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs. Developing and managing the maintenance budget, including allocating resources, forecasting costs, and negotiating contracts. Working with the Achieve together New Development Team ensuring that new-build properties comply with building regulations, accessibility specifications and health and safety requirements We require the following: Experience in planning, scheduling, and executing preventative maintenance programs, as well as managing reactive repairs.
