This brand has scaled rapidly across international markets—and now needs a commercially astute operator to take its supply chain to the next level. Define and execute a global end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with ambitious growth and commercial goals.Lead a multi-region logistics network across air, sea, and land—balancing cost-efficiency with delivery speed and customer satisfaction.Own global trade compliance, customs regulations, and risk mitigation strategies across diverse regions.Drive data-led decision making, demand forecasting, and agile inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.Partner cross-functionally across buying, ecommerce, finance, and tech to ensure seamless operational execution.Implement and optimise ERP, WMS, and SCM technologies to enhance visibility, automation, and responsiveness.Lead negotiations with suppliers and logistics partners to secure competitive terms while maintaining service excellence.Embed sustainability and ethical sourcing across the supply chain, contributing to wider ESG goals.Coach and grow a high-performing supply chain team within a fast-paced and collaborative culture.About You

You''re an experienced supply chain leader with a strong commercial mindset and a track record of scaling operations in a product-driven business. You''ve operated in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment—ideally ecommerce, fashion, or consumer goods. You thrive in ambiguity, love solving complex problems, and know how to balance strategy with hands-on execution. You''re a confident communicator and influencer, able to engage cross-functional teams and external partners with clarity and authority.Essential Experience

4+ years in senior supply chain leadership roles, ideally within international D2C or retail environmentsDeep understanding of global logistics, trade compliance, Incoterms, and customs operationsStrong ERP/WMS/SCM systems knowledgeProven experience leading diverse, distributed teams across geographiesDesirable
