Head of Litigation

THE ROLE: As the Head of Litigation, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm s litigation practice. This includes managing a small team (1 Solicitor and 2 paralegals), handling complex cases, proving strategic direction, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services to clients. You will play a key role in driving business growth and maintaining the firm s reputation for excellence in litigation. Key responsibilities will include: Lead and manage the litigation department, including recruitment, training and performance management of staff. Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, Contentious Probate, Contractual Disputes, Settlement agreements, civil litigation and employment disputes.
