The Head of Leisure will be accountable for the smooth planning and safe operational delivery of our leisure proposition across resort.
This includes leading through all activity for Splash, Fairground, Sports, PlayX and all paid activity-based proposition.

- Guest NPS
- Successful delivery of the Leisure Proposition
- Accountable for PandL Management including labour management.
