      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | We are currently partnered with a high-growth business looking to hire their first Head of Legal for the global business.  The organisation are a PE backed leading SaaS business who have gone from strength to strength over the last few years. They have previously engaged lawyers on a deal specific basis but this will be the first permanent hire and as a result, they''re looking for someone who has strong technical experience and who can provide strategic advice.  Candidates need to have previous experience of negotiating and drafting Saas subscription agreements, MSAs, order forms, partner contracts etc.  Candidates who are currently in Senior Legal Counsel (or equivalent) roles and looking for a step up to Head of Legal would be considered.  Other experience required:   Qualified solicitor (England and Wales) with a minimum of 8-10 years'' post-qualification experience, with meaningful in-house experience at a technology or SaaS business Demonstrable strength in commercial contracting - drafting, negotiating, and closing complex B2B agreements at pace Strong commercial judgement - able to assess legal risk proportionately and advise with clarity and decisiveness Proven ability to ...</description>
