Head of Legal - Insolvency Currently retained by a hugely entrepreneurial, nimble, fully funded investment boutique looking to bring in a Head of Legal to take full responsibility for the legal function, drive commercial results, own legal strategy and develop the people. You will be responsible for leading negotiations, allocating work, securing commercial results, driving returns. The work flow, process, operational/people management will be yours to own, working closely with specialists and the investment committee. As well as pipeline validation, you will also manage external counsel, mentor and develop the legal team, as well as identify process, tech improvement.
