Role Overview The Head of UK Legal Entity Management will lead and develop a well-established UK entity management function, overseeing the delivery of outsourced company secretarial and statutory compliance services to a diverse portfolio of corporate clients. This is a senior leadership role combining technical governance expertise, operational oversight and client engagement. The successful individual will be responsible for ensuring best-in-class service delivery, maintaining regulatory compliance standards, developing team capability and supporting the continued growth of the UK platform.
