You will lead specialist Teachers, Therapists, Teaching Assistants and intervention teams, ensuring a cohesive, transdisciplinary approach that enables every pupil to thrive. You will also oversee statutory EHCP processes, examination access arrangements, admissions evaluations, and annual reviews, while contributing strategically to teaching and learning, staff development, and the wider life of the school. In addition, the post-holder will help develop and deliver Frewen College’s  outreach and advisory services , strengthening the school’s role within the wider educational community.
