You will join us on a full-time basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £56,552 - £61,803 per annum. 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year The Head of Learning (Business, Learning and Development) Role: Are you an ambitious senior leader ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking an exceptional Head of Learning to lead our Business, Learning and Development provision. This role is ideal for an experienced Assistant Principal, Head of School, Programme Director or senior curriculum leader who is aspiring to progress to Vice Principal level in the coming years. Key Responsibilities of our Head of Learning (Business, Learning and Development): Leading and managing staff, finances, management information and resources within the curriculum area, in accordance with our College Group s core values, behaviours, policies, procedures and regulations and in pursuit of a high quality, effective and efficient provision.
