Drive high standards of teaching, learning and assessment, delivering excellent achievement, progression and value-added outcomes. Shape the strategic growth of the curriculum, developing innovative provision to meet the needs of learners, employers and the community. Champion quality improvement and continuous development, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Build strong relationships with schools, employers and stakeholders, promoting the college s reputation and impact.
