You''ll play a pivotal role in creating a culture of continuous learning that builds leadership strength and enables career growth across a diverse and expanding business.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Head of Learning and Development, you will:Design and deliver a regional LandD strategy that strengthens organisational performance and supports business priorities.Build leadership capability at every level through targeted development programmes, coaching, and experiential learning.Identify and address skills gaps across countries and business areas, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Introduce creative, data-led learning solutions that combine digital, in-person, and social learning.Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to embed learning into performance and talent strategies.Oversee third-party providers to ensure high-quality delivery and measurable outcomes.Use insights and analytics to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate impact.Support organisational integration and change, ensuring ..... full job details .....
