Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the UKAS-accredited laboratory, ensuring smooth workflow and consistently high service standards.Provide hands-on technical leadership across Electrical Calibration, testing, and inspection functions.Support, mentor, and develop laboratory technicians, promoting best practice, skills development, and continuous improvement.Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, UKAS standards, and internal quality procedures.Oversee both onsite and in-house calibration work, guaranteeing accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Drive improvements in turnaround times, capacity, and operational effectiveness.
