to lead our New Business and Account Management teams within the car rental sector. This is a strategic leadership role for someone with extensive car rental or leasing experience, exceptional sales acumen, and a proven ability to lead high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.Your role at SIXT

Strategic Sales Leadership

You will develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals, driving performance across the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to contract closure. Your leadership will set ambitious targets, implement best practices, and ensure consistent achievement of key performance indicators.Team Development and Performance

You’ll coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and collaboration. You’ll recruit top talent, enhance skills through training, and promote shared success across both new business and account management teams.Revenue and Market Growth

Your focus will be on delivering sustainable sales growth and expanding our presence in the rental and leasing markets. You will track performance closely, provide accurate forecasting, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and market share.Industry Expertise and Relationship Management

Industry Experience:

Extensive experience in the rental or leasing industry with a track record of sales leadership and high performance.Sales Expertise:
