      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: &amp;pound;80000 - &amp;pound;110000/annum | Type: Permanent | Head of IT   Midlands (Hybrid)  £80,000–£110,000 + Benefits   The Opportunity   We are partnering with a growing organisation seeking an experienced Head of IT to lead and develop its technology function. This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for IT operations, infrastructure, cyber security, business systems, service delivery and digital transformation.  Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will drive the IT strategy while ensuring technology enables business growth, operational excellence and a first-class user experience.   Key Responsibilities    Develop and deliver the organisation''s IT strategy aligned to business objectives.
