      <description>Location: Milton Keynes | Salary: £590 - £600 per day | Type: Full time | Network IT is currently recruiting for a Head of IT Service Management, to join our client in Milton Keynes on a 6 month initial contract.    This is a critical role for our client, who operate an ITIL focussed ITSM function.     You’ll provide strategic leadership for IT Service Management, overseeing service delivery, continual improvement, stakeholder engagement, and customer satisfaction. Lead and develop a team of service management professionals, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, meet agreed performance targets, and evolve in line with business and customer requirements.   Please note that this is an SC Cleared position, active SC is not required to be considered, however it would be a ‘nice to have’ to aid in speeding up onboarding.     Role: Head of IT Service Management    Duration: 6 Months   Rate: £600 per day   Status: Inside IR35   Location: Milton Keynes    Working Practice: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote       Key Skills:     A demonstratable background of working in ITSM Management or Leadership, in complex service delivery environments.
