Role: Head of ITSalary: £80,000-£85,000Location: Bournemouth/HybridFlexible working: 3 days a week in the officeI''m working with a growing organisation looking for a Head of IT to take ownership of their IT function and help take it to the next level.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close enough to the technology to understand what''s going on, but has the leadership experience to work with senior stakeholders, develop a team and drive real change. The big focus is automation and maturity - reducing manual IT processes, improving self-service and building a more scalable environment.What you''ll be doing:Lead and develop a team of 6 across infrastructure and service supportOwn the IT roadmap, working closely with senior stakeholders and the wider businessDrive automation across onboarding, access management, device provisioning and IT service processesImprove the use of Microsoft technologies including Azure/Entra ID, Intune and Windows AutopilotIntroduce better IT governance, self-service and scalable processes while supporting the team technically when neededThey''re looking for someone who has already led an IT function, is comfortable working with senior stakeholders and has a genuine track record of improving and automating IT environments.If you''re an experienced IT Manager, Head of IT, IT Operations Manager or similar and this sounds like the sort of challenge you''d enjoy, drop me a message.
