Head of IT - SaaS

Global Leading Technology Brand SaaS - Platform based Technology Services London/Surrey/Hybrid Working £70,000-£80,000 salary + benefits package Our client a global technology leader is currently looking for a hands on Head of IT to coordinate the UK delivery of IT services by managing a small team responsible for Production Infrastructure, Networking, User Hardware, and Applications. Develop and implement IT Strategy and Policy to ensure a cost-effective and efficient technology service for the rapidly growing business. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Development Leader and working closely with all levels of the business, this role will be responsible for supporting: Production Estate Ownership: Manage all aspects including patching, backup andamp; restore, monitoring, networking, and security. Internal User Technology: Oversee internal IT and computer systems across multiple offices and remote home-based staff. Procurement: Build supplier relationships and negotiate to obtain the best value on vendor contracts. Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development. Building a Successful Team: Use appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to help build a cohesive team and facilitate the completion of team goals.
