This is a key leadership appointment, providing strategic oversight of business systems, infrastructure, service delivery and operational technology across a highly service-focused organisation. Working alongside senior stakeholders, the successful candidate will drive technology performance, strengthen governance, develop internal capability and ensure IT continues to support business growth and operational excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and direction to a multi-site IT function supporting operational and business-critical systems.Ensure the reliability, resilience and performance of technology services within a fast-paced 24/7 operating environment.Drive improvements across service management, governance, change control and incident management processes.Develop strong relationships with operational, commercial and executive stakeholders across the business.Lead the ongoing enhancement of warehouse, transport and operational technology platforms.Partner with internal and external technology teams to deliver projects, improvements and business change initiatives.Build organisational capability through coaching, succession planning and team development.Support technology-enabled business change, systems ..... full job details .....
