      <description>Location: Surrey | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Head of IT Operations  Greater London | Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) | Salary to be discussed     We''re looking for a strong Head of IT Operations to join a well-established retail brand, who will lead across a broad IT operations function.     Reporting to the IT Director, you''ll be responsible for infrastructure, networks, cyber security, end-user computing and service delivery. A key focus of the role will be shaping and delivering the organisation''s IT outsourcing strategy, including vendor selection, governance and supplier management.     We''re looking for someone who has successfully led an outsourcing programme and can provide strategic oversight across the technology landscape whilst ensuring operational excellence.
