Are you a Head of IT or similar from an FMCG background looking for a collaborative leadership role within a leading wholesaler, where you will be the go-to person for technical improvements and have the opportunity to oversee a varied workload?

Since the 1990s, this company has grown into a trusted supplier within the food industry, supplying major names across the retail sector and achieving a multi-million-pound turnover. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to strengthen their IT team.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the company''s phone networks and continuously improving internal systems, including implementing platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and designing internal applications. You will also manage a team of four IT professionals, while developing and implementing processes and procedures across the business.

This role would suit a Head of IT or similar looking to join a varied and continuously developing business, offering a unique workload and the opportunity to lead a close-knit team.

The Role

• Implement processes and procedures across the business
• Maintain and improve IT and phone networks.
• implement and develop internal systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Design and improve internal applications.
• Lead and manage a team of four.
• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

• Able to commute to Poole
