They are looking to appoint an ambitious Head of IT to take ownership of their technology function and play a key role in shaping the organisation''s future IT strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Manager, IT Lead, Applications Manager, Senior IT Project Manager or Business Systems Manager who is ready to take the next step into IT leadership. You''ll combine IT leadership, business systems, data, digital transformation and stakeholder management, working closely with senior leadership to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure technology continues to support the organisation''s growth. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of the organisation''s IT function and technology roadmap, ensuring technology supports wider business objectives. Work closely with senior stakeholders and leadership teams to understand business processes, identify challenges and drive technology-led improvements. Lead and develop business systems and ERP capabilities, with experience across Dynamics 365 / AX highly desirable. Drive digital transformation and process improvement initiatives, ensuring technology delivers measurable business value.
