This is an excellent opportunity for someone from an underwriting, broking, delegated authority, insurer relationship management or insurance compliance background who is looking for a broader role with greater autonomy, influence and visibility than they may currently have within a larger company. The business has built a strong reputation within the warranty and protection market, working with major national retail partners across the UK. While it has achieved significant growth, it has retained an entrepreneurial and agile culture where decisions are made quickly, bureaucracy is limited, and individuals are empowered to make a real impact.
