The role will report to the Chief Technology Officer and will take full responsibility for the organisations infrastructure estate, modern workplace and IT service provision. The organisation will be migrating their core operations to the cloud in the next 12 months and the team you will be responsible for managing is currently growing. As fantastic role with a great organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the cloud, infrastructure and service strategy and roadmap, aligned to business, digital and security priorities.Drive the transition to modern, scalable and resilient platforms and services.Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of core technology services, including modern workplace, hosting, networks, platforms and shared servicesOwn incident, problem and service management processes, driving continuous service improvement.Lead cloud and infrastructure platforms (on-prem, cloud and hybrid), ensuring scalability, reliability and cost optimisation.Own capacity planning, life cycle management and technical debt reduction.Lead the delivery of infrastructure and service change initiatives, including upgrades, migrations and ..... full job details .....
