As Head of Technology you’ll be responsible for:Managing IT operations and core technology domains across platforms, development and data.Driving engineering execution with modern practices including CI/CD, automation and observability.Leading a global team, fostering skill development and ensuring scalable, secure solutions.Setting and refining the long-term technology vision, championing innovation and exploring emerging technologies.Maintaining robust controls around security, compliance and risk.You will have

Proven experience heading up technology teams across software, platforms and data domains.Expertise in software engineering, systems architecture, cloud infrastructure and DevOps.Strong knowledge of modern platforms and tools (CRM, databases, analytics, AI tooling, cloud, CI/CD, etc.).Exceptional communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.Why Join?
