Head of IT – London - £85k to £100kAn Infrastructure Manager or Senior Systems Engineer is required by a growing investment management business to head up their IT function. You will have managed an IT environment or worked closely with someone who has, and be ready to take the step up.The role involves analyzing the current environment – network, hardware, applications, security, etc. – and developing an effective strategy with the C-Suite to enable the business to grow efficiently and organically, including through acquisitions.This position requires international travel to assess the current situation, build relationships, and design and implement solutions across four country offices on two continents.You will need experience in:Designing and implementing international IT strategiesNavigating regulatory environments in different jurisdictionsManaging outsourced partnersCloud and hybrid infrastructureCybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance in financial servicesWorkflow digitizationExperience in a
