Key Responsibilities

Define and implement the organisation’s long-term IT and digital strategy.

Lead the delivery of technology initiatives that improve efficiency, resilience, and user experience.

Introduce automation and data-led approaches to support smarter decision-making.

Manage internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless technology operations.

Oversee IT budgets, licensing, and procurement processes.

Ensure infrastructure and systems remain secure, compliant, and scalable.

Develop and test robust disaster recovery and cyber security frameworks.

Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all aspects of IT and digital development.

Key Skills

Proven experience leading enterprise IT functions and delivering large-scale technology projects.
