Head of Income Generation

Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a national financial support charity in the search for a new Head of Income Generation. This organisation is a national charity tackling financial insecurity and its structural causes. They support people facing financial hardship to access the resources and opportunities they need to thrive, while working to challenge stigma and change the systems that drive financial insecurity.The Head of Income Generation is a new, pivotal senior leadership role that will be responsible for the development and delivery of income generation. Overseeing all income streams, including high-value fundraising, public fundraising, and revenue from digital product sales, this role will work towards a multimillion-pound income target. Managing an established and exciting team, this role manage five direct reports and work closely with the new Director of Income and External Affairs. To be successful as the Head of Income Generation, this person will be able to demonstrate previous experience of leading an income generation function across both high-value and public fundraising. They will have a proven track record of securing income from various donors, and be able to demonstrate strategic input that has led to income growth.
