Director of InclusionLocation: WiltshireSalary: 60,170 - 65,582Contract: Permanent Full-Time 37 hours per weekAre you an experienced FE, education or SEND leader looking for a senior strategic role where you can shape inclusion across a large organisation?We are recruiting for a Director of Inclusion to lead the college''s approach to Inclusion, SEND and learner support across multiple campuses in Wiltshire.The RoleYou will provide strategic leadership for inclusion and SEND, ensuring learners can access, participate in and succeed in high-quality education regardless of their individual needs or circumstances.Key responsibilities will include:Leading and developing the college-wide Inclusion and SEND strategyManaging and developing multidisciplinary inclusion, SEND and learning support teamsDriving improvements in attendance, engagement, achievement and progressionOverseeing SEND, EHCP, ALS and high-needs provisionUsing data, learner voice and quality assurance to identify areas for improvementSupporting curriculum leaders to embed inclusive teaching and adaptive practiceEnsuring compliance with SEND, funding and regulatory requirementsWorking with local authorities, families and external partnersLeading improvement activity across multiple sitesSupporting positive destinations and reducing NEET riskAbout YouWe''re looking for an experienced educational leader with:Significant leadership experience within FE or a similarly complex educational environmentStrong knowledge of ..... full job details .....
