Job Title: Head of Impact and Insights Reporting to: Chief Transformation Officer Salary Range: £50,000 -£55,000 Contract Type: Permanent Location: Hybrid London or Sheffield Hours/Days per week: 35 hours per week, 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Purpose of the Job Development and delivery of the Data, Research and Impact strategy through a cascade of the overall business strategy by ensuring Felix uses robust evidence, technology and research to maximise its social impact and make effective strategic decisions. The role provides strategic leadership for the Impact and Insights function at a pivotal stage for Felix post-merger. It will also play a critical role as we reshape and transition Data, Digital and Technology, clarifying ownership of business logic, measurement frameworks, KPIs, data quality and governance so that Impact and Insights, Technology and business owners have clear accountabilities and can build greater organisational data maturity.
