      <description>Location: Rugby | Salary: &amp;pound;70000 - &amp;pound;100000/annum | Type: Permanent | Job Title: Head of Hydro Power Location: Midlands (with UK and international travel)  Overview We are seeking a Head of Hydro Power to lead and grow our clients presence within the hydro energy market. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving sales strategy, overseeing bid activity, and ensuring successful delivery across the full contract lifecycle.     Key Responsibilities   Define and deliver the commercial strategy for the Hydro division, driving market growth and positioning the business within the sector  Lead all business development and sales activity, identifying and securing new opportunities  Oversee the full bid and tendering process, ensuring high-quality, compliant submissions  Negotiate complex contracts and maintain strong commercial oversight  Act as the senior point of contact for key hydro clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships  Represent the business at industry events, conferences and client meetings  Provide strategic oversight of contract delivery, supporting teams from handover through to project completion  Work closely with engineering and operational teams to align capability with market demand  Lead, mentor and develop ...</description>
