Your Key Responsibilities:Lead Hybrid Cloud and AI StrategyDefine and drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of hybrid cloud and AI initiatives that align with business priorities and accelerate innovation across markets.
Drive Strategic Partnerships and AlliancesBuild and manage relationships with strategic vendors, alliance partners, ISVs, and AI ecosystem partners; co-develop joint GTM strategies and partnership agreements to expand market reach.
Develop and Execute GTM and Incentive ProgramsDesign scalable go-to-market programs, define joint incentive structures, and leverage partner funding (e.g., MDF) to support demand generation, co-selling, and sales enablement initiatives.
Align Sales and Marketing for ImpactCollaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure unified messaging, field enablement, and campaign execution, while tracking program performance and ROI.Your Qualifications:10+ years in strategic partnerships, sales programs, GTM, or cloud/AI-related rolesProven experience in leading cross-functional cloud or AI initiativesStrong understanding of hybrid cloud architecture, AI/ML technologies, and enterprise IT trendsExperience working with or for Global Accounts or major cloud/AI vendorsExceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive presenceStrategic thinker with strong business acumen and execution disciplineExperience in B2B enterprise technology marketing or sales leadershipGlobal or regional leadership experienceMBA or relevant advanced degree is an advantageWhat do we offer:
