Role Summary Reporting into the Managing Director, there is a strategic recruitment requirement to recruit a Head of HR. The purpose of this role is to lead the HR function with overall responsibility for: Strategic Leadership: Defining and implementing a HR strategy that is aligned to business growth aspirations People and Engagement: Driving an organisational culture aligned to company values that supports growth, transformation and employee engagement Operational Oversight: Leading the HR team, ensuring delivery of high-quality HR services Risk and Compliance: Managing HR risk, ensuring compliance with employment legislation Stakeholder Collaboration: Providing expert HR advice to leaders and managers across the organisation.
