Head of HSEQ / Health and Safety Lead Cardiff £65,000 - £85,000 + Car Allowance + Private Healthcare + Pension A growing principal contractor specialising in façade remediation, cladding replacement, fire safety improvements and major refurbishment projects is looking to appoint an experienced Head of HSEQ to lead and further develop its Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality function. Operating across high-rise residential and complex occupied buildings throughout the UK, the business delivers compliance-led projects focused on building safety, external envelope remediation and fire risk mitigation. With a strong pipeline of secured work and ambitious growth plans, this is an opportunity to take ownership of HSEQ across a business that is continuing to establish itself as a recognised name within the sector. This position will suit someone who enjoys being visible within the business, building relationships with operational teams and driving standards across multiple live projects. The Role Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take responsibility for the company''s HSEQ strategy, management systems, compliance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
