Head of HR Luxury Retail North West 5 Days On SiteZachary Daniels are delighted to be partnering exclusively with an established, family-owned luxury retail business to recruit a Head of HR.This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected British brand and take the lead on its people agenda, working directly with the Managing Director, family owners and Executive Leadership Team.This is a broad role that needs someone who can think strategically but who genuinely enjoys being close to the business and its people. We''re looking for a Head of HR who will get out and about, build relationships and understand what is really happening across the organisation rather than lead HR from behind a desk.This role is five days on site at the North West head office, with no home-working element.
