Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you''ll have end-to-end ownership of the HR function across multiple international legal entities, helping shape the future of a fast-growing business as it continues its global expansion journey. This is a rare opportunity to build and scale a people function in a high-growth, fully remote organisation. You''ll be the senior HR leader in the business, overseeing everything from payroll and compliance to talent, culture, organisational design, employee relations, and leadership development. What you''ll do: Own and oversee accurate, compliant payroll operations across multiple international entities Ensure employment practices, policies, contracts, and procedures remain compliant across all jurisdictions Maintain and develop HR documentation including handbooks, contracts, and policies Lead end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding across the business Design and deliver onboarding programmes that enable new hires to become productive quickly Manage performance and competency review cycles while coaching managers on ..... full job details .....
