This is a pivotal role within the College, responsible for leading a high-quality HR service. You will lead initiatives that enhance staff wellbeing and reduce sickness absence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and engagement. You will also explore and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance HR operations, ensuring our function remains agile, innovative, and future-ready, whilst ensuring fairness, inclusivity and non-bias. Key Responsibilities within the role will include: Acting as a strategic HR business partner to senior leaders and managers. Leading the development and delivery of a proactive wellbeing strategy. Working with managers to analyse and reduce sickness absence levels. Supporting the development of an inclusive and high-performance culture. Providing expert advice on complex employee relations issues. Ensuring compliance with current and emerging Employment Law. Leading on and supporting HR projects and initiatives aligned with College priorities.
