      <description>Location: Tipton | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Head of HR The Head of HR is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for delivering a commercially focused people strategy that supports business growth, performance and compliance. Acting as a trusted advisor to Directors and senior leaders, you will lead all aspects of HR, Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development, ensuring the business attracts, develops and retains high-performing talent. This role falls within the utilities, infrastructure and civil engineering sector.  Key Responsibilities  Partner with Directors and senior leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support. Develop and deliver the Group People Strategy, aligning people initiatives with business objectives. Lead and develop the HR, Recruitment and Learning and Development functions.
