Interim Head of Human Resources Central Belt Scotland Hybrid Working Salary up to £90,000 Reed HR are delighted to be partnering exclusively with our client to recruit an experienced Interim Head of Human Resources. This is a key leadership appointment with responsibility for leading a sizeable HR function and driving strategic people initiatives across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior HR leader with a proven track record of leading large-scale HR operations, organisational transformation programmes, and stakeholder engagement within a unionised environment. There is also potential for this role to develop into a permanent opportunity for the right individual. The Role Reporting into the executive leadership team, you will provide strategic direction and operational leadership across all aspects of the people function, leading a team of 18+ HR professionals, including 3 direct reports. Key areas of responsibility include: Leading and developing a high-performing HR function Driving organisational transformation and change initiatives Overseeing Recruitment, Payroll and Benefits, and HR Shared Services Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and trade unions Ensuring effective people strategies are aligned to organisational objectives Supporting workforce planning, employee engagement, and organisational development Delivering continuous improvement across HR processes and service delivery About You To be successful in this role, ..... full job details .....
