As part of its continued success, the business is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Head of Human Resources to lead its people strategy and support the next phase of growth. Key Duties: Lead and develop the HR function, managing and mentoring a team of 3 HR professionals to ensure the delivery of a high-quality HR service across the business. Develop and implement a people strategy that supports the companies continued growth and commercial objectives. Review, redesign and streamline HR processes, policies and procedures to improve efficiency, consistency and employee experience. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the HR department, identifying opportunities to introduce new systems, automation and best practice processes.
