We are seeking an accomplished Head of People, HR Director, Senior HR Business Partner or HR Manager to join a successful and growing organisation in Birmingham. The successful candidate can work their 28 hours over 3, 4 or 5 days, providing flexibility around family commitments, work-life balance or portfolio careers. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will lead the organisation''s people strategy, provide expert HR guidance and drive initiatives that support employee engagement, organisational performance and business growth.
