Partnering with Senior Management and Leadership you will take responsibility for all operational and strategic HR matters.Including but not limited to:Oversee a small HR team to deliver all operational HR matters including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations etcDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.Manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee development.Support and guide managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement initiatives.Support management and leadership to achieve commercial goalsContinuous improvement of HR systems, policies and proceduresProfileA successful Head of HR should have:Proven experience in a similar role Proven working knowledge of manufacturing or a similar commercial sectorYou will be comfortable operating in a hands-on, operational ..... full job details .....
