Head of HR

We are recruiting an outstanding career opportunity for a business focused commercial HR leader to manage a team of generalist HR and Learning and Development professionals. Working for a multi-site operation, the company are based on the outskirts of Winchester, with easy access from Winchester, Southampton, Andover and surrounding areas. The Head of HR will be involved with aligning HR with business goals, developing people-focused strategies that support the company s growth. Leading the HR team will involve the following responsibilities: Oversee day to day HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, performance processes and HR administration Engaging with managers and senior managers across the business and developing strong working relationships to support them with day to day HR matters Responsibility for the HR and LandD budget, including forecasting, reporting and cost control Assisting managers with recruitment, including job descriptions, selection process and onboarding Working with the senior management team to facilitate change and ensure that the HR team are continuing to evolve Travel to different business locations to support managers, build effective working relationships and ensure visibility of the HR function across the business My client is looking for an HR professional who has experience of leading an HR team, ideally within a multi site operation.
