This is not a traditional operational HR leadership role. It is a role with visibility, influence and the opportunity to genuinely shape culture, leadership and organisational direction. Working closely with the Executive Team and Board, the successful individual will lead the people agenda across a complex and evolving organisation with a strong community focus and a highly collaborative culture. The remit spans organisational development, strategic workforce planning, leadership support, employee relations, change and cultural transformation.
