This leading multi-site £100m+ construction and logistics business has an excellent Head of Human Resources / HR Director opportunity for an experienced, commercially minded HR professional to join its growing national operation. The role is Hybrid, based in N / W London, with the opportunity to Work From Home. This Head of Human Resources / HR Director role will include: Develop and deliver HR strategies aligned with business objectives as part of the senior leadership team Design and manage compensation structures, benefits and reward strategies, ensuring market competitiveness. Lead workforce planning, culture and recruitment, talent acquisition, succession planning and retention strategies. Change management to drive employee engagement, performance and organisational development. Develop training, leadership development and career progression initiatives, whilst promoting continuous learning. Risk management, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, policies and HR best practice.
