Reporting to the HR Director, this is a high-profile leadership role where you''ll help translate People strategy into tangible business outcomes across a national operation.This opportunity would suit a commercially minded HR leader who enjoys balancing strategic workforce planning, governance, organisational effectiveness and transformation with hands-on operational delivery.Home Based with National Travel (East Midlands location preferred)Key ResponsibilitiesLead the organisation''s People Operating Review, providing workforce insight, risk analysis and strategic recommendations.Drive workforce planning, succession planning and organisational capability initiatives.Develop and utilise People Analytics to support business decision-making and future workforce requirements.Strengthen HR governance, compliance, policies and assurance frameworks.Improve HR service delivery, processes, operating models and organisational effectiveness.Lead and support organisational change, restructures, organisational design and transformation programmes.Partner with senior operational leaders to drive engagement, performance and workforce capability.Champion inclusion, employee engagement and continuous improvement across the People Function.About YouProven experience as a Head of HR within a complex, multi-site commercial environment.Strong background in workforce ..... full job details .....
