Role: Head of HR Sector: Automotive Components Manufacturing - Tier One Supplier Location: Coventry area, Warwickshire Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum + Bonus + Company Car/Car Allowance Working Arrangements: Hybrid - 3 days on site The Role Are you a strategic and inspiring HR leader with a strong background in the automotive components manufacturing industry? Here''s a fantastic opportunity to lead HR at a well-established tier one automotive components supplier with around 400 employees across multiple sites. You''ll be a key member of the UK Senior Management Team, driving HR strategy and operations at the main Warwickshire facility while supporting other production sites as needed. Leading a passionate HR team, you''ll create a supportive, inclusive, and growth-focused environment that empowers employees and fuels the company''s ongoing success in a highly competitive sector. This role is targeted to have the successful candidate in place by the end of Q4 or early Q1, allowing for any potential notice periods. This timing ensures you can hit the ground running and make a real impact as the business continues to grow and innovate.
