Artis HR is supporting an exciting, fast-growing brand based in Bristol with the appointment of a Head of HR.This is a really varied senior HR role, with the opportunity to take ownership of the people function and play a key part in shaping the next stage of the business as it continues to grow.You''ll work closely with the senior management team, acting as a trusted people partner while also being a visible and approachable point of contact for employees across the business.The roleThis is a broad, hands-on role covering everything from day-to-day HR and ER through to people strategy, development and culture.You''ll be responsible for:Taking ownership of the HR and people function across the businessPartnering with the CEO, founders and senior leadership team on people strategyManaging complex ER matters including performance, absence, capability, disciplinaries and grievancesCoaching managers and helping them become more confident people leadersLeading recruitment, onboarding and the wider employee lifecycleDeveloping learning, development and career progression opportunitiesBuilding effective performance management and employee engagement approachesUsing people data and employee feedback to identify priorities and opportunitiesSupporting workforce planning, organisational design and changeEnsuring HR policies, processes and practices remain compliant and fit for purposeBringing the right level of structure and governance as the business grows, without creating ..... full job details .....
